Bill Bierbower -
Founder /
Customer Support - Our fearless leader is a licensed
professional engineer that grew up fishing for Dolphin and
Sailfish in South Florida when not diving, surfing or skiing
(now Wakeboarding). He also founded
Monster Tower
and
DiscountAwnings
and has been fabricating aluminum and canvas products since
working at his parents canvas awning company as a young boy.
He enjoys
fishing, boating, water sports and travel with his wife and their
three boys. |

Greg Spivia -
General
Manager / Marketing / Dealer Sales / Customer Support -
Greg brings us proven marketing experience
and is the glue that keeps it all together making sure every
customer & dealer becomes an advocate of our products.
Bill tried to add him to the team for many years and is thrilled to have
him as a part of Fishmaster. Greg enjoys all sports and
boating with his wife Amy and their son Brandon and daughter Kamryn. |

Chris "Wakedog"
Fladger
- Grand Master of Customer Support -
Chris has been working with Bill for many
years and is an avid wake boarder. He does a great job solving
problems, making sure all of our customers feel loved and is our
"front line" in making sure we're making happy customers. Chris
enjoys riding his dirt bike and spending time with his
wife Kelley wake boarding. Chris is a proud new father of
"Daddy's Little Girl". |

James Kaney -
Warehouse & Facilities Manager / Customer Support -
James makes sure
that everything is "flowin smooth" in the warehouse and is
front line supporting customers in his "spare time". He
is also our resident handy man and can fix nearly anything.
We hear these faint wedding bell sounds near his office.
James and his fianc้ enjoy the beach, camping, travel and
wonderful cultural arts Atlanta has to offer. James is an
avid fisherman and heads to Florida or the lake every chance
he gets. |

Arthur Pan - Manufacturing Manager
- Arthur has been
the "heartbeat of production" for the
great products we have brought to market for many years. A
master at the attention to detail and focus on product
manufacturability. Somebody has to manage a thousand
things a day to create great products and always be ready to
deliver them to the customer - for us, that's Arthur! |

Bob - AKA
"Sponge Bob" - Accounting -
(He is the one
on the left) As
you can tell by the picture he's the ladies man of the team.
Bob is our majority investor and is responsible for all
executive fiscal responsibilities, with a focus on eliminating
accounts receivables. He implemented a very strict
"If it ain't paid in full, it don't ship in full"
credit policy. We transfer all telemarketing calls to his
extension and send all solicitors to his office, as these are
his specialty. Bob also supports Fishmaster at trade
shows, photo shoots & on road trips. |

Waynester (aka Wayne
Utz) - Chief Engineer-
inspired much of making Fishmaster products what they
are today and comes from a significant background in marine
design with Hummingbird USA and Cetrek in the UK. He is also
experienced in product design and development for mountain
bikes, road racing cycles and race car frames. Does kayak
watersports 9 month out of the year and is a graduate from
the awesome Southern Polytechnic State University typically
known as Southern Tech. Married with two water sport kids
that love Jet Ski's and swimming. |
