We are committed to happy customers. If you are not satisfied with your Fishmaster product purchased from us, just ship it back within 30 days and we will refund your money (less our actual cost to ship the product to you) within a few days of receiving the return.  Please include a note indicating why you are returning the item and your order & contact information.

Products can not be damaged or missing parts, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If your product is missing anything, or you lose something, or something is wrong when you receive it, just give us a call and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to get you back on the water quickly at no cost to you.  The Fishmaster T-Top also carries a 5-Year Warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. See warranty details in the instruction manuals.

For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them and we will work through them to resolve support issues.  Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in the warranty or money back guarantee.  Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor can not be returned directly to Fishmaster.
