Please note that the leaning post carries the same 5 year warranty as
 all Fishmaster product on the fiberglass and aluminum components.
  The fabric carries a one year warranty. If left exposed to the sun,
especially in Southern climates, and not treated regularly for
UV protection all seat cushions will age rapidly.

Coleman, Igloo and others make cooler tie down kits (as shown above) for approximately $20.  Search for "marine cooler tie down kit" and you will find many options
